As Business Analysts, we are often called upon to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives And Key Results (OKRs). That’s easier said than done. Anyone can pick things to measure, data to collect and draw pretty dashboards.
But do they really matter to the stakeholders and the organization? Which stakeholders and which organizations care about the KPIs and OKRs? How can proper measurements help advance the business? In this session, we’ll discuss these questions and create clarity on how BAs can help advance the business through KPIs and OKRs.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what KPIs and OKRs are and what’s the difference
  • Discuss typical problems with defining KPIs and OKRs
  • Consider the factors for defining good KPIs and OKRs
