Our work world is wildly complex. Often times we do our part and things seem to make sense, but when we start to try to integrate our work with what others in the organization are doing we can get stuck. Stuck in changing priorities, stuck in seemly opposing views, and sometimes just stuck in navigating personalities. Polarity Thinking provides an approach to addressing the root causes of these tensions by identifying where we get stuck and how to move forward.

Take a right off Exit 17 onto Zinfandel Dr. Turn right onto White Rock Road, then left onto Quality Dr. Enter into VSP entrance on the left.
Going West on HWY 50 East towards Rancho Cordova
Take a left off Exit 17 onto Zinfandel Dr. Turn right onto White Rock Road, then left onto Quality Dr. Enter into VSP entrance on the left.
- Upon arrival, please park in the available parking spaces in HQ5
- Proceed to the entrance door for a security check-in
- A VSP personnel will check your name and ID
- Continue to registration desk to sign in and collect your sticker badge
- Follow an usher to the conference room
