The study group will review the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge), the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) certification process, the Certified of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) certification process, the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification process, and cover practice questions in preparation for the ECBA, CCBA, and CBAP exams.
Discover key knowledge areas that represent areas of specific business analysis expertise that encompass several tasks.
 
In-depth focus on three of the six key knowledge areas:
 
  1. Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring describes the tasks that business analysts perform to organize and coordinate the efforts of business analysts and stakeholders.
  2. Elicitation and Collaboration describes the tasks used to prepare for and conduct elicitation activities and confirm the results.
  3. Requirements Life Cycle Management describes the tasks used to manage and maintain requirements and design information from inception to retirement.

This study group is registered with IIBA and qualifies for 14 Professional Development (PD) Hours towards earning an IIBA core certification and 15 Continuing Development Units (CDUs) toward retaining your existing IIBA core certification.
