We have an immediate need for a FTE SR. BA in Rancho Cordova, CA. 
Salary: 90-115k/year DOE
Onsite 5 days a week with potential to transition to 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH, no vaccine required.
Current team: 2 BAs and 5 PMs, ready to intv immediately.

Job Description:
Business Process Analyst will be working with their subsidiaries to gather business requirements, understand problems and what they are trying to solve, liaise with IT and really dig into the "why" behind the problem and understand the "as is" and "to be" as the subsidiaries move towards a more robust digital transformation.  Main focus is to help them understand what they need and help them define requirements to get there. Will be working with business to frame up the requirements in MS Word, develop process models and/or workflows in Visio or some type of visualization tool, and help with requirements traceability, UAT.  Current methodology is Waterfall with the plan to transition to more of an Agile environment.  Qualified candidate should excellent communication skills so that they act as a business relationship manager as well.

Analyst/Business Analyst
Permanent; 100% remote; Salary is DOE
Our public sector consulting team members bring process improvement and technology solutions that help government leaders improve performance, reduce risk, and optimize revenue. We help address issues in areas such as financial management, operational efficiency and information technology in federal, state and local governments. As a Public Sector Consulting Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with clients in a wide variety of public agencies to help them document their needs, along with assisting them in defining, designing, developing and implementing solutions that provide critical value to their organization. Typical projects in this role include business process improvement, solution definition and procurement, systems implementation and business advisory services that enable clients to improve the performance of their organization. Typical project responsibilities include business process analysis and documentation, data gathering and analysis, facilitating collaborative work sessions with client subject matter experts, identifying and documenting business process improvement opportunities, defining and documenting future state design, and documenting solution requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum 2 years of experience working in the public sector or consulting industry
  • Desire to work with clients in government and public sector services
  • Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMP, CSM)
