About the speaker:
Sandra Jones is a Business Analyst Lead at K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks. She has
been CBAP certified since 2014 and has over 11 years of experience practicing Business & Systems Analysis. Sandra is passionate about delivering value to the business by defining needs and recommending high value solutions to meet long-term and short-term goals including the implementation of technology solutions and identifying business capabilities for Business Architecture.
About the presentation:
K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks utilized the Waterfall methodology until 2014. In 2014, the organization decided to transition to the Agile methodology. Sandra was an integral part of helping form, transition and implement Agile at K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks from the Business Analyst perspective. She is excited to share her experience about Agile and the implementation she experienced to organizations seeking guidance as to where the business analyst fits in the process.
Non-members can apply the meeting fee towards their SVC-IIBA membership by simply paying the annual dues that night. The dues are $35 for regular members and $20 for enrolled students!  We accept cash and checks (payable to “Sacramento Valley IIBA”).
