Governance
The purpose of the Chapter is to promote the practice of business analysis, raise the profile of the business analyst role, and locally represent International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®). The Chapter is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by Chapter members at the Annual General Meeting.
The Board meets on a regular basis to not only strategize and take care of general business but also to plan events, discuss guest speakers, and coordinate conference participation.

Our Chapter Bylaws
The Sacramento Valley Chapter's bylaws are essential to our formation and longevity. They provide guidance for how individuals should conduct themselves and define how our organization makes decisions, such as holding meetings, fulfilling terms of office, and electing board members.
